When you send an orientation enquiry through this website, the form collects:
At the end of the Getting Clear™ check-in, the opening line of your summary is shown on screen. Reading the rest asks for an email address. That request collects the email address you type, and the answers you already chose, so the rest of the summary can be shown and a copy can be sent to you. The same email address and a summary of those answers are also sent to Tina, so she has them if you later book a call.
Both messages are sent with Resend, an email delivery provider. This site does not keep its own copy of that address or those answers. Asking for the summary is not a request to join a mailing list.
Enquiry information is used solely to reply to your enquiry, coordinate a 30-minute orientation, and — if you choose to continue — arrange coaching. Tina does not sell, rent, or pass your details to marketing lists.
Enquiries are emailed to Tina using Resend, an email delivery provider. Copies then sit in that inbox in the ordinary way email does. This site does not keep a separate client database of form submissions. The email address on the form is treated as unverified until you reply from that address.
If we do not work together, enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to finish the conversation and for ordinary record-keeping.
All conversations, reflections, and documents shared during coaching sessions are held in professional confidence. If we do work together, session notes are handled separately as part of the coaching relationship, not as website form records.
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email tina@nextmoves.co from the same address you used on the form, or send a new message through the orientation form asking for that change.
Check-in findings are not stored on this site, so there is no site record of that email to correct. The message is in the inbox you asked us to use, and the summary sent to Tina is in her inbox.
