Before becoming a coach, I spent more than twenty years in qualitative research, helping organisations understand the deeper needs people are trying to meet through the products and services they choose.
That work taught me how to listen beneath the surface, spot patterns, get to the heart of a complicated issue and turn insight into clear direction. Those same skills now sit at the centre of my coaching.
My professional training includes executive coaching, career development, educational psychology, NLP and somatic approaches.
But the thread running through all of my work is simpler: I’m interested in the value people carry that too often goes unseen.
Transition coaching is about getting clearer on the distinctive value you bring and where it can make a meaningful difference in the world.
My role is to help you recognise what you want to carry forward and become more intentional about where your value can be used, appreciated and developed.
